Who are we?
We're a family of 4 who woke up one day and thought, there's gotta be something even better! There was, and we found a way to combine sustainable growing with sustainable living. It takes getting back to the village format of human community while simultaneously moving forward to include great modern ingenuity like Solar, grow houses, and yes the Internet! We bring together the proven methods of the past with a contemporary twist.
Camp Sites
Tent camping is available for a nominal fee. Great for travelers, and backpackers!

The Project
Build a better best! The model we have is NEVER, ever settle, even for the best! We keep growing every day and in so many ways. So why not improve upon improvement? We have been given access to a land that is ripe for growing food and people. Being at the mercy of a price tag is old news. Grow your fiances, grow your food, grow your you! Living huge is not always living better. Quality over quantity can save a lot of heart ache. But don't take our word for it! Try it out!

​You may ask, well how much is this ganna cost and what are ya selling anyway? I'm glad you asked! I'll cut to the chase. We must earn to live, but it's not really a purchase that's the dirty little deed. It's how you purchase things, and for what reason that's in question? At M & M Tiny Village we're a try before you buy. Try living small, sustainable and communal before you carve it into the stone that is your life. We rent Tiny Homes, and we rent Tiny Home 1/2 acre lots. It's a way of taking the plunge without as much risk. We don't sell land or homes because of the high cost and the need for financing. Instead we rent at a drop bottom lower rate then traditional apartments in our State of Georgia. The $195 a month payment gets you your own dirt, a parking spot & access to the 1 acre Pond or better said a 1/2 acre lot. A Tiny home starts at $375 and is self contained with, solar electric, composting toilette or similar, Free Recycle pick-up and a rainwater system. Community BBQ is every Friday and open to all for ONLY $5 a heaping plate! So we've talked dollars, now lets talk sense!
